Revision Hub is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the IBO. "International Baccalaureate" and "IB" are registered trademarks of the IBO.

5.2 Platform Content

The Service's design, features, software, organization, and compilation of content are owned by Revision Hub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Free and Paid Tiers

The Service offers both free access with limited features and paid subscription plans with additional features. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed on our website.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVISION HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Exam performance or academic outcomes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revision Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
